At AFB Fitness we believe in building fitness from the ground up. Our training goes beyond simple workouts; we focus on correcting movement patterns, building foundational strength, and ensuring long-term athletic health.
Using 10+ years of coaching experience, I’ve curated a space that focuses on functional fitness and moving without pain.
We use high-impact, versatile tools designed to build a body that’s as capable as it looks:
- The Foundation: Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Deadballs for raw strength and core stability.
- The Athletic Edge: TRX, Battle Ropes, and Sandbags to build "functional" muscle that translates to the surf and the field.
- Conditioning: Boxing bag for high-intensity, low-impact metabolic work.
